Your Daily Impact

• Provide high‑quality support to Italian‑speaking sellers via phone, chat and email.
• Guide and coach sellers on best practices, listings and account performance.
• Offer data‑driven insights to help partners achieve better results.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to improve seller satisfaction and performance.

What You Bring

• Native‑level Italian (C2) and good English communication skills (B2+).
• 1+ year of experience in customer service, telesales, account management or business development.
• Sales awareness and ability to influence seller success (mandatory).
• Strong communication, problem solving and relationship building skills.
• Flexibility to work Monday – Sunday, between 08:00‑17:00 or 09:00‑18:00 (rotative shifts). (Later transition to a 24/7 schedule may apply, to be confirmed. )
