Job Purpose

The
- back team member will primarily oversee
- backs to our suppliers to verify their payment details, ensure proper entry, and approve them. The scope includes global CIL suppliers. The individual will also participate in treasury reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage the
  - back process for all entities within the CIL group, with suppliers located across various countries including Australia and the US.
• Perform
  - backs on all new payment details and whenever changes occur.
• Check and approve payment details in the systems.
• Ensure no payment details are approved without a completed
  - back.
• Conduct sanctions checks on all banks involved in payments (beneficiary and intermediary banks) and coordinate with the compliance team for any issues.
• Support other
  - related requirements as needed.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in finance, treasury, or payables.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese; knowledge of Romanian or Mandarin is a plus.
• Uphold the highest standards of integrity and reliability.
• Strong team player with a patient, enthusiastic, and dynamic personality suitable for a complex multinational environment.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Proficient IT skills, especially in database management and Excel.
