After each call, you’ll summarize the key details in a call log and pass it along to the appropriate client. Job Requirements
Your Profile:
You speak and write Dutch at a native level.
You have a good command of English.
You can adapt to different work processes and handle your PC in an experienced manner.
You have very good communication skills and a friendly, helpful nature.
You are willing to move to Portugal or already live there.
Additional Information
Registration of employment with Portuguese Social Security and Tax Offices.
Indefinite contract of employment from 30 hours/week onwards.
Maximum of 20 paid holidays in the first year of employment + Dutch public holidays.
Low private health insurance rates negotiated by Can Do Portugal.
Inbound flight costs reimbursed after 6 months of employment, up to 300 Euro.
Relocation bonus: You will receive 400 euros gross per month on the first three salaries if you move to Porto from abroad.
Monthly subscription fee of 10 Euro for Urban Sports membership (gym, surfing, etc. ).
Free access to Mental Health Coaching (MHC) service from Fürstenberg Institute.
