As a Call Center Agent, you will be the friendly and professional voice for our clients, handling incoming calls with care and attentiveness. After each call, you’ll summarize the key details in a call log and pass it along to the appropriate client. Job requirements

Your profile:

You speak and write Dutch at a native level

You have a good command of English

You can adapt to different work processes and handle your PC in an experienced manner

You have very good communication skills and a friendly, helpful nature

You are willing to move to Portugal or already live there

Registration of employment with Portuguese Social Security and Tax Offices

Indefinite contract of employment from 30 hours/week onwards

Maximum of 20 paid holidays/first year of employment + Dutch public holidays

Inbound flight costs reimbursed after 6 months of employment, up to 300 Euro

Relocation bonus: You will receive 400 euros gross per month on the first three salaries if you move to Porto from abroad
