• Clarify clients seeking assistance with their mortgage credit intermediation;
• Establish a
  - based relationship with clients;
• Understand clients' situations and advise them appropriately;
• Analyze the viability of credit processes and conduct suitable screening;
• Explain the services of Compara
  Já, highlighting its advantages as a credit intermediary;
• Manage a client portfolio responsibly and organized.

• Interpersonal skills in client relations;

• Willingness to learn;
• High sense of responsibility;
• Experience in the commercial and/or credit field;
• Housing experience will be valued.
