Calypso Technical Support Engineer

What we’re looking for:
• 4+ years of professional experience
• Expertise in payments processing domain
• Strong familiarity with Calypso system
• Proficiency with SQL for manipulating and querying data
• Experience providing L1 and L2 support, with the ability to manage and monitor incidentes as well as collaborate with L3 teams
• Experience tracking the maintenance backlog as well as testing and validating application enhancements
• Experience with CI/CD processes and implementation and project management
• Fluency in English (at least B2 Level)
Important:
This position is following a hybrid regime, with 2x/week, in Lisbon or Porto. Candidates should be based in Portugal to be considered.
