Hang My Ads is a client‑focused performance marketing agency dedicated to boosting online audiences, driving high‑quality leads, and maximizing ROI for our clients. We are a growing team based in Lisbon and looking for a skilled Campaign Manager to join our dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Create, launch, and optimize online promotional campaigns across various global markets.
• Analyze performance data, generate reports, and identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with clients to define clear objectives, strategy, and measurable goals.
• Contribute to creative processes by proposing new ideas and testing innovative approaches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (paid‑media campaign management).
• Strong analytical skills and results‑oriented mindset.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Creative and dynamic personality with good communication skills.
• Proficiency with paid‑media platforms such as META Ads is a plus.
• Experience or proficiency with Canva is desirable.
• Pragmatic, proactive, organized, and open‑minded attitude.
