Joining the Huttopia Lagoa de Óbidos team means working an hour north of Lisbon, in an idyllic location just meters from Óbidos Lagoon, on a 8hecatares campsite.

Your Missions :

As Campsite Manager, you will lead a team but also step in
- on: you know how to replace your team at a moment’s notice! As the guarantor of the Huttopia offer, you take global responsibility for the site and customer satisfaction.

• Recruit, organize and manage your team (15 to 20 team members).
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop the site's sales and manage your budget;
• Oversee the maintenance of equipment, buildings, green spaces, the pool, and overall, the campsite.
• Adding value to the region through local integration.
• Comply with regulatory obligations: urban planning, hygiene, and safety of property and people.

During the restaurant service period (July/August + holidays), you will also take charge of the catering department alongside your other responsibilities:

• Develop the restaurant's revenue.
• Prepare pizzas and platters while adhering to established processes.
• Manage orders and stocks in collaboration with local suppliers.

Additional Information

• Fixed-Term contract (Permanent contract can be possible depending on location).
• Management-level status.
• Phone plan and laptop provided.
• Salary 1790€ in 14 months (gross monthly salary)
• Subsidiary of alimentation 6€/working day
• Free accommodation at the campsite (mandatory).
