Onsite/Hybrid/Remote: Remote (> 50% remote)

Candidate should be a subject matter expert in Blade manufacturing process.

• Should have
- on experience in product development and supplier audit management with domain knowledge of chemicals and composites processes.

• Should have a good understanding of product quality defects and be able to drive resolutions.

• Should be able to understand and execute the required deliverables through APQP4Wind and PPAP during the development phase gate as part of governance activities.

• In-depth knowledge of problem resolution through 8D methodology and Six Sigma methodology.

• Knowledge of SAP and proficiency with Power BI tools for data analytics to prepare monthly reports.

• Ability to moderate operational level meetings, drive discussions without conflicts, and report escalation topics with action plans.

• Demonstrate ownership mindset to drive overall Blade Quality improvement at internal factories and external vendors as part of governance activities.

• Be collaborative in approach to execute tasks and strive to meet defined goals/KPIs.

• Work closely within a matrix organization of GQE and other functions.

• Maintain an
- minded approach and enhance the ability to perform at a high level with internal/external interfaces.

• Candidate should have a minimum of 12-15 years of experience in blade manufacturing process and quality management.

• Intercultural and
- functional experience is an added advantage.

• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken) and presentation skills. Skills in German, Portuguese, or Chinese are an additional advantage.

• Effective coordination and project management skills.

• Candidate must come from the blade manufacturing industry.

• Education: BE / ME in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.

• Hands-on experience in composites and blade manufacturing technology.

• Experience in quality functions and knowledge of
- solving methods like 8D, Lean Six Sigma, and product development processes like APQP, PPAP.
