This role will support the creation and delivery of GSK's organizational capabilities programs, based on needs analysis and assessment, ensuring our employees remain top performers.
It should contribute to the sustainable use of current capabilities and assist the Capabilities Learning Lead (CLL) in defining and implementing the upskill strategy for employee development to meet the company's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to Strategic Planning & Implementation:
- Work closely with the CLL to understand training requirements across various units (Marketing, Sales, Medical, MA&CGA), following up on Capability Frameworks and assessment results.
- Support the creation of an annual curriculum to facilitate training based on organizational capability needs, establishing a structured support system.
- Assist in developing didactic content and learning solutions using digital tools and manage related logistics.
- Propose and embed innovative processes to enhance training and performance programs.
- Shadow and learn through meetings, events, projects, and initiatives, with responsibilities primarily on the CLL.
Support in Shaping Organization and Development:
- Assist in sourcing external vendors and coordinating collaborations for tailored development programs aligned with GSK requirements.
- Research and present new trends, technologies, content, vendors, and training dynamics.
- Ensure compliance and prepare for audits related to training and capabilities following GSK guidelines.
- Provide clear and transparent analysis of the progress and performance of capability development programs to the CLL.
Support Culture, Engagement, and Change Management:
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by supporting initiatives from planning to impact assessment.
- Participate in GSK groups and projects aimed at improving organizational culture, people, and development to meet company priorities.
