Capacity Planning Manager, EU AMZL

The Capacity Planning Team provides AMZL with safe,
- optimal, and flexible capacity solutions for
- road operations throughout the year, enabling the business to scale for seasonal peak demand increases. The ideal candidate is passionate about leveraging data to deliver actionable insights that impact daily business, has a strong track record of delivery, and experience in driving execution in a
- functional environment, supported by
- defined analysis and research. They thrive in a
- paced environment, enjoy working with data, and relish the challenge of solving complex and ambiguous problems.
As a Planning Manager in the Capacity Planning Team, you will be responsible for generating weekly labor plans for AMZL delivery stations to ensure the organization is
- prepared for the future. You will analyze execution gaps to improve future plans, work
- functionally, and build key relationships to facilitate
- making and actions that enable AMZL operations to run effectively. You will challenge assumptions and strive for continuous improvement in key areas of our business.
A successful candidate enjoys
- solving, is comfortable working with big data from multiple sources, and is enthusiastic about partnering with other teams to deliver results. You should have an internal drive to challenge the status quo, possess excellent analytical skills, and have strong written and verbal communication skills. You should be a
- starter, comfortable with ambiguity, naturally curious, and

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, statistics, computer science, business analytics, information systems, or a related field
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Experience working with data warehouses
- Experience in complex problem solving and root cause analysis in a business environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Work experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics
- Knowledge of SQL, Power Query, Power Pivot
- Exposure to labor planning
- Experience with supply chain management and transportation concepts
