You will be responsible for managing all of the Sidul plant capex and services (hard/soft) for the procurement team. This individual will be a key member of the site Corporate Engineering team, Operations, and Maintenance teams, overseeing all site capex and services, contracts, compliance, negotiations, spend profiles, and sourcing alternative suppliers to meet business requirements.

Responsible for developing and implementing ASR’s purchasing strategy through effective vendor relationship management, contracts,
- hoc project management, and supplier capability management.

Position Responsibilities

• Negotiate and prepare contracts, pricing, and supplier agreements independently.
• Evaluate, qualify, and select suppliers based on quality, service, cost, and capability.
• Contribute to the development and presentation of
  - competitive category management strategies, utilizing supply market analysis and trend data.
• Collaborate effectively with internal and external customers and suppliers.
• Lead and present meetings with C-Suite stakeholders.
• Experience with purchasing on an ERP system (SAP).
• Successfully negotiate price, terms, delivery, and volume levels with suppliers.
• Research and evaluate global and local suppliers based on price, quality, service, support, availability, reliability, reputation, financial status, and history.
• Possess a solid understanding of Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
• Present information clearly and concisely to all audience levels, including C-level executives.
• Work effectively in an industrial/plant setting, including factory operating areas.
• Proactively communicate risks and potential issues with service providers and capital projects.

Work Experiences

Strong background in industrial services and/or project purchasing, preferably within a manufacturing environment. Experience in operations, projects, or maintenance in the relevant category. Strong understanding of hard services management. Background in manufacturing, preferably in food and beverage blending and packaging. Experience in contract negotiations and management. Ability to adapt in a
- paced environment.

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field is required.
