Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships mainly with developers and also with institutional investors and private wealth, focusing on Living assets such as PBSA, Multifamily, Flex and Co‑Living, Healthcare and Senior & Assisted Living.
• Serve as a key point of reference for a multidisciplinary team with a strong analytical component, deep real‑estate knowledge, generosity, and a strong teamwork spirit.
• Originate and lead diverse transactions (existing assets, portfolios to land transactions), working closely with land & development, investment sales, and Pan‑Euro Living teams where a Living asset is involved.
• Contribute to the growth across all Living segments, most of which are in current growth, professionalization and consolidation.
• Understand the dynamics across all Living sectors, market understanding and main players.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business Administration, Law or Economics;
  
  
  
  a post‑degree in Real Estate, urban planning and/or valuations is a plus.
• At least 5 years of experience in the real estate sector.
• Strong experience managing relations with developers and institutional investors;
  
  
  
  experience leading multiple real‑estate transactions in the living sector.
• Knowledge of regulatory aspects affecting rental residential assets.
• Experience leading teams.
