Schedule: Work in a dynamic 24/7 environment, following a rotating 4-days-on / 2-days-off schedule, with a mix of day and night shifts of 12 hours.

Responsibilities:

Ensuring an impeccable customer service;

Selling additional services to customers;

Delivering the rental cars to customers;

Carefully filling up the rental contract;

Checking the state of the vehicle to identify potential damages;

Taking over the rented vehicles from our customers;

Carefully completing the return contract;

Registering the damages and incurring the amounts from the customers;

Requesting a review from the customers regarding our services.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year experience in sales or customer service;

Mandatory driving license (B category);

Proficiency in Portuguese and English;

Hardworking, ambitious, extroverted, and integrity-driven personality;

Excellent customer service and sales skills, along with attention to detail;

Strong communication, time management, teamwork, and computer skills.
