Schedule:

• Training: On-site (up to 3 months)
• Post-training: Hybrid (3 days
  - office, 2 days remote)

Responsibilities:

• Damage documentation – Accurately record all damages using photos and digital tools
• Damage classification – Assess severity to determine necessary actions
• Customer interaction – Explain damage findings professionally to clients
• Cost analysis – Estimate repair costs and propose solutions
• Report management – Prepare incident reports for internal tracking
• Compliance with regulations – Ensure procedures meet insurance and legal standards
