Car Rental Technical Representative
Location: Perafita, Porto.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8h/day (+1h lunch break), 08:30-17:30. One week every 3 weeks on duty for interventions and customer support 24/7 (including weekends and nights).

Responsibilities:
- Maintain contact with customers, suppliers, contributors, and car services;
- Identify car problems;
- Ensure ongoing maintenance and inspection of vehicles;
- Monitor and control stocks (tires, oil, windshield wiper fluid, office supplies);
- Ensure cars are repaired on time and ready for use;
- Address any issues when cars return from service;
- Provide technical support to clients during the rental period.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license – B Category;
- Some mechanical and technical knowledge;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (additional languages are a plus);
- Demonstrated integrity, perseverance, and determination, even in difficult situations.
