Job Title: Service Manager

Work Regime: Full-time & Hybrid (2x office days)

Overview / Summary:

We are looking for a Service Manager to join our team for a project in Lisbon. This role involves managing technical operations and projects, coordinating technical teams, and ensuring service delivery in international projects.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • Status reporting and monitoring SLAs.

  • Client management, meetings, and first point of contact for issue triage.

  • Coordination of technical teams.

  • Management and coordination of tasks within the Competence Center.

Requirements Mandatory Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in IT operations and/or technical project management.

  • Experience with multiple technology solutions (e. G. , CRM, Billing, Order Management, Middleware).

  • Jira and APM/log monitoring tools (Dynatrace, App
    Dynamics, Datadog, New
    Relic, Elasticsearch, Grafana/Kibana).

  • Cloud operations experience (Azure/AWS).

  • Java troubleshooting and database fundamentals.
