Workster is recruiting a Car Wash Site Manager for a leading car wash and automotive services group with over 25 years of experience.

This role is ideal for professionals with proven experience in store or service management, strong leadership skills, and a focus on customer experience and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the car wash team, ensuring high service quality and operational efficiency
• Manage daily operations, including schedules and opening/closing procedures
• Monitor, analyze, and improve performance metrics (KPIs)
• Ensure an excellent customer experience that builds loyalty
• Oversee stock management, orders, and service presentation
• Recruit, train, and develop team members
• Support sales by recommending appropriate services to customers

Requirements

• Proven experience in store or service management (retail or automotive services preferred)
• Strong results orientation and customer focus
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Comfortable using IT tools (Office Suite, POS systems)
• Fluent in Portuguese
• Availability to work weekends and rotating shifts
