Workster is recruiting a Store Manager for a leading car wash and automotive services group with over 25 years of experience.

This role is ideal for professionals with experience in store or service management, strong leadership skills, and a passion for customer experience and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the store/car wash team, ensuring top service quality and efficiency.
• Manage daily operations, including scheduling and opening/closing procedures.
• Monitor and improve performance metrics (KPIs).
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience that builds loyalty.
• Oversee stock, orders, and presentation of services.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members.
• Support sales by offering tailored service recommendations to clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience in store or service management, preferably in retail or automotive services.
• Strong results orientation and customer focus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency with IT tools (Office Suite, POS systems).
• Fluent in Portuguese.
• Availability for weekends and rotating shifts.
