Our offerings include a marketplace for spare parts and a digital copilote for garages, as well as a platform for consumers to compare garages and book appointments.

We are expanding internationally and seeking a dedicated Ops Manager to ensure our customer care teams have the tools, processes, and goals needed for growth.

Responsibilities:

• Support operational teams: set monthly objectives, update performance dashboards, answer process/tool questions.
• Optimize processes and tools (Zendesk, Ringover, Metabase) for efficiency and automation: identify irritants, propose and implement improvements.
• Analyze data to monitor service quality, identify friction points, and define action plans.
• Lead projects to improve customer experience, such as reducing contact rates and enhancing client autonomy.
• Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to align needs and processes.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 3 years experience as an Ops manager in a
  - growth environment or top consulting firm.
• Degree from a business school, engineering school, or university with a management focus.
• Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills,
  - oriented, proactive in
  - solving.
• Structured, persistent, and comfortable in operational and strategic roles.
• Good command of English; proficiency in Excel/Gsheet; SQL knowledge is a plus.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and Python is advantageous but not mandatory.
