- Attention to patients and customers while maintaining the levels of service and quality defined by the company;
- Record in the computersystem orders, complaints or queries, directing, if necessary, the request to the corresponding area;
- Give support to both internal and external customers;
- Performing complementary administrative tasks;
**Requirements**:
- Secondary Education;
- Experience:
Previous experience in customer service or in the health sector is valued;
- Computer skills:
Knowledge of office or other platforms and SAP/ERP- Languages:
Dutch fluent mandatory and English valuable. - Skills:
