- Receiving inbound calls from customers regarding contract cancellations or renewals.
- Communicating with existing customers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and provide tailored services.
- Answering customer queries, arranging services, and updating customer information in our internal database.
- Analyzing customer behavior to tailor services that meet their needs and preferences.
- Handling customer complaints by understanding client needs and responding effectively.
- Developing aggressive retention strategies based on customer feedback.
- Negotiating with customers to renew contracts and retain business, focusing on revenue growth.
- Participating in regular coaching sessions with team managers and quality coaches to propose customer retention solutions and improve call structure.
- Documenting customer notes and actions taken on each call.
- Building positive relationships with customers, team leaders, and operations teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- An advanced level of French (written and oral) (C1).
- English language proficiency at an intermediate level.
- Prior customer service experience is mandatory, with a minimum of 6 months.
- A high level of curiosity about the cryptocurrency market.
- The ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally.
- Skills in
