- Provide product and tool support to enhance clients' experience;



- Identify and solve problems, such as technical bugs and ads’ delivery issues;



- Resolve customerissues in a timely manner and proactively communicate to clients on progress;



- Proactively identify areas where clients can improve usage of our solutions;



- Provide vital product insights and feedback from our customers to engineering. What You Need- Fluency in French;



- Proficient English communication skills;



- Strong communication, interpersonal, and
- solving abilities;



- Basic computer knowledge and technical skills;



- Ability to multitask effectively;
