Customer Support Role

We are looking for a skilled and
- oriented Customer Support professional to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for ensuring that performance goals are met across all operations and that client expectations related to operational excellence are fulfilled.

The ideal candidate will have an advanced level of French (written and oral) and a good level of English. You will also need to have a strong understanding of how social platforms function, as well as computer skills and a diligent work ethic. Additionally, you should have high attention to detail and
- solving skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently handle incoming support inquiries with accuracy
• Follow standard operating procedures and escalate complex issues as needed
• Investigate and collect information to provide to customers
• Provide detailed and organized customer support and seek initiatives to improve the overall customer experience
