As a Customer Representative, your primary role will be to deliver exceptional customer service and assist sellers through various communication channels. You will provide support throughout the entire process, from sale, delivery, and return, to refund and warranty.

• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist sellers via phone, email, and chat across multiple areas.
• Provide comprehensive customer support from sale, delivery, and return to refund and warranty.
• Maintain Key Performance Indicator (KPI) metrics within targets and ensure closed cases per hour meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) levels.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• High-level proficiency in French (oral and written) and fluency in English.
• Proven experience in customer service with excellent communication skills.
• A professional, approachable, and supportive attitude towards customers.
• Excellent listening, educating, and extracting relevant information efficiently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency with email, phone, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to adapt quickly to a dynamic,
