Your day to day:

As a Cash Collection Specialist for the German market, you will play a key role in managing accounts receivable and ensuring timely payments. Your expertise will directly contribute to maintaining strong relationships with our German-speaking clients and ensuring the financial health of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the cash collection process for the German market, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to resolve payment issues and foster collaboration.
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments.
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies efficiently.
• Work closely with internal teams, including Customer Service and Finance, to improve processes and ensure client satisfaction.
• Provide regular reports and analysis on account statuses and collection activities.

What We're Looking For:

• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) is essential.
• Previous experience in cash collection, accounts receivable, or a similar role, ideally within a shared services or multinational environment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a
  - paced environment.
• Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or similar preferred but not essential;
