Our Opportunity-to-Cash business line provides transactional and digital services – from lead generation to the collection of incoming payments, including Quotation, Offer and Contract Management, Order Management & Logistics, Cash Collection, and more.

Your mission
Support contact with customers concerning pre and past due invoices, payment trends, resolution of disputed invoices and others; support the team with customer/account queries to ensure sales ledger balances are clean on customer accounts (reminder and complaint); support the team with successful management of due and overdue balances on customer accounts, maximizing On Time Payment for all Customers; notify Markets of uncollectable debt risks and mitigate where possible; respond to incoming collection concerns from the customer and internal stakeholders; cooperate with AR, Sales, Credit Management, and other units; consistently improve processes and maximize cash flow for the assigned portfolios; investigate unidentified payments if requested; follow up on sales orders that are blocked; manage credit limits; participate in KPI trends, root cause analysis of mistakes/errors and problem solving; ensure global and

- end compliance for activities performed in the team; execute identified business and internal controls of collections processes; focus on customer service and clear communication to resolve problems on customer accounts.
Qualifications
- Degree/Experience in Accounting, Finance, Economics or similar and/or relevant work experience in Opportunity to Cash
- Proficiency in Italian – minimum C2 level (able to communicate freely with customers and sales managers)
- Strong computer skills, including SAP and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work under pressure in a changing environment
- Continuous learning attitude
- Able to propose and implement improvements in procedures
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
