**About the job**- The Cash Investigations Officer is responsible to handle, manage and
- up claims and queries regarding cash flows across several locations. The role deals with internal clients, counterparts and cash correspondents, being also responsible for dealing with several departments with Cash Management activities**Your Main Activities Are**- Provide solutions and operational/market assistance, as well as accurate and useful operational insight to internal clients and

- Ensure that the investigation of any claim related to cash flows, either from clients or from counterparts, is solved within the desirable time frame, while assuring a quality support during the
- Follow the activity closely, i. E. monitoring volumes evolution, workloads, recurring issues and present solutions as well as ideas for
- Support management in all operational activity and also on the transversal projects when
- Actively participate in all projects developed within the Department and BNP Paribas Portugal- Monitor, report and mitigate the operational risk for all cases that the team is
- Provide suggestions to improve processes and procedures**Profile** and Skills to Success**- Bachelor Degree in Economics / Finance / Accounting or
- Up to 2 years of experience in Banking and Financial Operations or
- Advanced level of English, both written and
- Knowledge in MS Office Pack (Excel, Power
Point, Word)- Attention to detail /
