About The Job
The Cash Management Client Support Officer’s mission is to be the single point of contact to our Corporate Clients for all their Cash Management requests from the account opening on, ensuring high client satisfaction, while protecting the bank interest.
Your Main Activities Are
- Provide Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB) clients with a first line entry point for support in their
- sales and post trade activities. - Maintain a dynamic, interactive and pro‑active relationship with the clients and with the internal stakeholders, ranging from Front Office to Back Office and Support Functions.
- Manage client's expectations and to be responsible for providing the client with the appropriate answer within a timely manner.
- Report and handle any incidents, complaints and claims according to procedures and policies in place.
Profile and Skills to Success
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics / Finance / Accounting or related.
- Up to 2 years of experience in Client Management / Banking and Financial Operations or similar.
- Advanced level of English and French, both written and oral.
- Knowledge in MS Office Excel.
- Analytical ability.
- Communication skills, both written and oral.
- Client focused.
- Organisational skills.
- Resilience.
