Job Description:

We are looking for a Cash Management Monitoring Support to join our Inetum Team and be part of a work culture focused on innovation!

Location: Porto

Main Responsibilities:

• Handle
  -
  - day technical requests from clients using the
  - banking platform and other cash management tools.
• Ensure seamless setup of standard cash management solutions for new clients.
• Coordinate with internal parties to provide solutions to client requests.
• Draft initial versions of cash management contracts and support the account opening process when special conditions apply.

Qualifications

Profile:

• Academic background in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• +3 years of Banking Operations and/or Account Management or relevant experience
• Strong customer, goal, and results orientation
• General IT and Cash Management products knowledge
• Fluency in English (mandatory)
• Experience with CRM (preferable)
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Team-oriented attitude

Additional Information

(Hybrid work, with 2/3 days of work in the office in PORTO per week)
