Mission

We are looking for a Cash Management Monitoring Support to join our Inetum Team and be part of a work culture focused on innovation!

Location: Porto

Main Responsibilities:

1. Handle
   -
   - day technical requests from clients using the
   - banking platform and other cash management tools.
2. Ensure seamless setup of standard cash management solutions for new clients.
3. Coordinate with internal parties to provide solutions to client requests.
4. Draft initial versions of cash management contracts and support the account opening process when special conditions apply.

Profile

Qualifications:

• Academic background in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Over 3 years of experience in Banking Operations and/or Account Management or relevant experience.
• Strong customer orientation,
  - oriented, and
  - driven.
• General IT knowledge and familiarity with Cash Management products.
• Fluent in English (mandatory).
• Experience with CRM systems (preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Team-oriented attitude.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid, with 2-3 days in the Porto office per week.
