Cash Management Servicing Analyst
The Cash Management Servicing Support Officer mission is to provide efficient and timely support to Relationship Analysts in their daily activity. You will be in charge of a set of administrative tasks related to the daily Cash Management servicing needed of our clients. This administrative support should be provided with a client centric approach and in close partnership with the relevant stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Support the Cash Management Relationship Analysts with administrative tasks in relation to the client's activity.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure prompt request delivery.
- Ensure day‑to‑day operational efficiency by maintaining and improving queries management.
- Follow the internal control framework to ensure reliability and traceability of the work done.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting.
- Up to 2 years of experience in Administrative Support.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Tools, namely Excel.
- Ability to understand, explain and support change.
- Resilience and adaptability.
- Good organisational skills.
- Client focused.
