About the Job

• The Cash Management Servicing Support Officer mission is to provide efficient and timely support to Relationship Analysts in their daily activity. You will be in charge of a set of administrative tasks related to the daily Cash Management servicing needed of our clients. This administrative support should be provided with a client centric approach and in close partnership with the relevant stakeholders.

Your Main Activities Are

• Support the Cash Management Relationship Analysts with administrative tasks in relation to the client's activity.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure prompt request delivery.

  - day operational efficiency by maintaining and improving queries management.
• Follow the internal control framework to ensure reliability and traceability of the work done.

Profile And Skills To Success

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting.
• Up to 2 years of experience in Administrative Support.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Tools, namely Excel.
• Ability to understand, explain and support change.
• Resilience and adaptability.
• Good organisational skills.
• Client focused.
