• The Cash Management Solutions Implementation Manager mission is to guarantee the delivery of Cash Management services to an assigned portfolio of clients, ensuring end‑to‑end accountability for advisory, implementation, maintenance and support while protecting the interests of the client and the bank.

About The Job

• Oversee the full project lifecycle from scoping through implementation, ongoing maintenance, and support.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on progress, training, and feedback collection.
• Ensure client satisfaction throughout implementation, post‑implementation, and maintenance phases.
• Manage incident resolution, analyze client feedback, and implement corrective actions.
• Follow the internal control framework to maintain reliability and traceability of work.
• Report incidents and achievements to management and enter relevant items into internal reporting tools.

Your Main Activities Are

• Be responsible for the setup of the Cash Management solutions for the assigned client portfolio, proactively proposing solutions and anticipating client needs.
• Complete all project phases, from scoping of the Cash Management solution to the implementation of standard and complex solutions, maintenance and support.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to keep them advised of progress with service delivery and any other material issues arising.
• Ensure training of clients on the implemented solutions.
• Ensure clients’ satisfaction during the whole implementation, post‑implementation and maintenance processes.
• Follow-up incident resolution, analysis of client’s feedback and actions to implement and ensure complaints are properly managed.
li>Follow the internal control framework to ensure reliability and traceability of the work done.
• Report encountered issues and achievements to Management, and input the relevant items in the internal reporting tools.

Profile And Skills To Success

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting.
• Up to 2 years of relevant experience in Banking and Financial Operations, Project Management and Consulting or Client Management.
• Fluent (C1-C2) level of English.
• Organisational skills.
• Client focused.
• Proficiency in Office pack (notably in Excel).
