Reporting to the QTC Manager, this position is responsible for troubleshooting, dispatching, and monitoring ATMs. Daily tasks include proactively identifying errors, coordinating with bank and vault branches to resolve open issues.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, dispatch, and monitor ATMs
• Follow up on tech dispatches from creation to completion
• Escalate open dispatches when SLAs are breached
• Provide professional support to customers and technicians
• Take ownership of issues until resolution

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Operations, preferably in a shared service environment
• Strong understanding of customer service, support, and data analysis
• Willingness to invest time in resolving issues
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel)
• Excellent communication skills, teamwork, accountability, and cultural awareness
