Purpose

Reporting to the QTC Manager, in this position you will be responsible for monitoring ATMs on the
-
- day business, assuring coordination between banks and branches, cash load reconciliation, cash loss reporting and branch support to vault cash locations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, track and report on low cash, out of cash and
  - day out of cash events
• Monitor for missed loads, create cases and / or escalate to branches for resolution
• Review and validate processor claims and ATM shortages
• Update logs, spreadsheets, call tickets and workflows in the PAI reports as required
