About the Role
The Cashflow Analyst supports the Junior Manager in managing monthly invoicing, client payments, and cashflow tracking. This fully remote role requires delivering invoices accurately, submitting them on time, following up on overdue payments, and maintaining smooth financial operations for our fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review the monthly invoice sheet for all clients.
- Ensure invoice details (amounts, due dates, client information) are accurate before submission.
- Send finalized invoices through Quick
Books each billing cycle and confirm successful delivery. - Run ACH payments in Quick
Books as they become due and maintain accurate records of all received payments. - Monitor client accounts for timely payments, notify the Junior Manager of late or missed payments, and assist in drafting payment reminders as needed.
- Provide daily updates to the Junior Manager on invoicing status, outstanding payments, and a general cashflow overview.
Qualifications
- 2‑3 years of finance, accounting, bookkeeping, or other relevant experience.
- Experience working independently or in smaller, nimble finance teams.
- Background with marketing services or agencies or a service‑based industry is a plus.
- Proficiency with Quick
Books Online, Bill.com, Ramp.com, Excel, and similar tools. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
- A self‑starter who thrives in a close‑knit team environment.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, sound judgment, initiative, and ownership of the role.
