Responsibilities

• Support business clients via phone, email, or chat
• Identify and verify account holders
• Troubleshoot problems and guide clients to solutions
• Follow all
  - provided procedures and compliance requirements
• Handle appointment or order questions
• Work with a team to provide fast and reliable support

Qualifications

• Fluent in Catalan, both written and spoken
• Good English skills (C1 level)
• High school diploma (required)
• 1+ year experience in customer service (required)
• Strong
  - solving skills
• Team player with good communication skills
• Comfortable in a
  - paced, multitasking environment
• Professional and friendly attitude
• Experience with customer service platforms is a plus
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Willingness to work in rotating shifts,
