Salary: Up to 19. 600€ base gross maximum depending on experience

Location: Hipercentro Areosa Business Park, Porto

Hybrid model: 3 days / week in the office

What's the role about?

You’ll support GKN Automotive plants internationally within the Global Business Services (GBS) Procurement function.

Your key responsibilities :

• Perform daily operational GBS procurement contract and order management activities: Price updates, validation and discrepancy resolution, Requisition validation, Purchase order creation and
  - up

Perform
- end operational tasks :

• Extract reports
• Prepare simple data for reporting

Communicate efficiently with :

• Internal stakeholders (local / global teams, Accounts Payable)
• External suppliers (when needed)
• Your own team — be a true team player

Learn and grow :

• Develop technical and
  - related skills
• Follow service levels, policies, and procedures
• Support others with simple procurement tasks
• Work independently with guidance (but not constant supervision)

What are we looking for?

• ERP Systems & Excel experience
• Clear and effective communication in English (confident Level B2 spoken and written)
• Time management & task ownership
• Analytical thinking &

• Initiative to resolve claims and optimize processes
• Ability to manage backlog and collaborate with stakeholders
