Main Responsibilities:

• Lead sourcing initiatives for
  - related services and suppliers.
• Organize and manage RFx processes, evaluate proposals, and negotiate deals.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify
  - saving opportunities and ensure compliance with sourcing standards.
• Support
  - specific reporting and KPI tracking.
• Coach junior colleagues and act as category champion.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in marketing procurement or sourcing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Analytical mindset and ability to identify
  - saving opportunities.
• Experience with
  - sourcing tools and Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in English;
  
  
  
  Portuguese or any otherlanguages such as French, German, Spanish is a plus.
