About the Role

As our CC Expert for English-speaking customers, you will be the primary point of contact for our English speaking community, ensuring they receive exceptional support. You-'ll engage with customers through various channels, proactively resolve issues, and contribute to building a high standard of customer care with our Lisbon team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about food, dedicated to customer satisfaction, and eager to grow within a dynamic team.

What
- 'll do:

• Be the main point of contact for our English-speaking customers across various channels (phone, email, chat, social media).
• Initiate engaging outbound calls to foster loyalty and deepen customer relationships.
• Actively contribute to building and improving our proactive customer care environment.
• Take ownership of your projects, including planning, execution, and reporting.

What
- 're looking for:

• Fluent in English (a
  - have!).
• Flexible with scheduling, including early, late, or overnight shifts.
• Strong communication and excellent writing skills.
• A genuine drive to help customers and enhance their experience.
• Hands-on and attentive to detail.
• A strong desire to learn and a willingness to apply new knowledge instantly.
• Passion for food is a plus!
