Cross Border Talents is looking for European Portuguese speakers ready to join our client's team supporting customers of a globally renowned jewellery brand

Location: Lisbon (On-site)

Start Date: 5 June 2025

Contract Type: CDD 6 months, renewable

Your Role:

Join the customer care team of a renowned jewelry brand, where you will provide assistance and guidance to customers via phone, email, or chat.

Requirements:

• Native-level Portuguese (European) coupled with B2 English (written and spoken)
  
  
• Strong communication and empathy skills
  
  
• Availability to work
  - site in Lisbon
• Previous experience is a plus but not required
• High school graduation diploma
• EU member state passport or a valid residence card for Portugal

• Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 19:00
  
  
• Days off: Sunday + 1 rotating day
  
  

Initial paid training period is provided to prepare you for the job

Compensation and Benefits:

- Base salary: EUR x14 months)

- Performance bonus: EUR 100/month (paid over 12 months)

- Meal allowance: EUR 7. 23/day, net, paid in a meal card (around EUR 159/month)

- Transport allowance: EUR 20/month

- Health insurance: Available from day 1 (monthly contribution required;



free after 6 months)
