YOUR ROLE

• Develop and formalize engineering specifications and plans for solutions/products.
• Assemble and evaluate system components to ensure design and performance meet requirements.
• Confirm that the product is ready for production, installation, and operation.
• Define technical requirements and ensure compliance with global design standards, company policies, and customer needs.
• Act as a technical interface across the project, ensuring subsystem interfaces are complete and consistent.
• Optimize technical work against costs, schedule, and risks.
• Manage subsystem design and integration, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Produce key technical documents: system requirements, design specs, installation manuals, test procedures, training docs, etc.
• Lead design reviews with internal teams and customers, offering technical expertise.
• Support onsite installation and commissioning (including FAT tests and configuration tests).
• Provide technical expertise for operational support and maintenance.
• Manage training documentation and deliver training in relevant domains.

YOUR PROFILE

• Engineering degree in Telecommunications, Electrotechnics, or Electronics Engineering.
• Expertise in CCTV systems and security/surveillance systems.
• Proficiency in GENETEC solutions.
• Experience in telecom design (plus).
• Familiarity with VMs, ADs, and CAD Design (preferred).
• Strong
  - solving and
  - focused solution development.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English. French is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office tools.
• Team-oriented, with strong communication skills.
