About The Role

As a Trainee Data Scientist, you will support the design and development of
- driven solutions and assist in the development of analytical models within a project. You will work closely with senior team members to learn the required skills and gain exposure to
- world
- solving in data science. Your role will involve assisting with data collection, model building, and ensuring solutions are implemented with proper governance using MLOps under the guidance of more experienced team members.

Responsibilities

• Autonomously develops simple solutions, documentation and testing skills under guidance;
• Observes team practices for collaboration and support;
• Begins to understand project and model development processes;
• Focus on personal productivity and initial technical contributions;
• Communicate progress and challenges to the team to enhance collaboration and transparency.

Requirements

• A degree in an analytical field (e. g. , Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a similar domain).
• Knowledge of scripting with Python (experience in libraries like Num
  Py, Pandas, Sci
  Py, Scikit-learn, matplotlib, and basic machine learning frameworks such as Tensor
  Flow or Py
  Torch is a plus).
• Basic understanding of data analysis and modelling techniques.
• Interest in learning about MLOps practices and data science frameworks.
• Willingness to develop skills in
  - driven optimization, forecasting algorithms, and machine learning models.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Familiarity with data governance concepts is a plus but not required.

• Strong communication skills, with a willingness to learn how to convey technical information clearly.
