To be part of the Financial Department based in our Porto corporate offices, we are looking for:

Responsibilities

• Issue and check invoices, debit and credit notes according to Group procedures;
• Post all accounting documents;
• Fulfill fiscal obligations;
• Perform monthly and annual closing of accounts according to Group procedures;
• Organize documents, classify, enter, and perform calculations in general and analytical accounting;
• Coordinate with internal teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Management, Auditing, or Finance;
• Knowledge of the complete accounting process and fiscal obligations (VAT declarations, Mod22, IES, Mod10, Mod30, COPE, INE, among others) and analytical accounting;
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in a similar role;
• Proficiency in spoken and written English;
• Strong skills in MS Office, especially Excel;
• Experience with ERP Primavera;
• Member of the Order of Certified Accountants;
• Experience in the real estate or hospitality market is a plus;
• Responsibility, autonomy, analytical skills, critical thinking, organization, and methodical approach;
• Willingness to learn and develop continuously.
