To support our financial operations and contribute to our continued growth, we are looking for a motivated and
- oriented Certified Accountant, with strong Controlling skills , to join our team in Lisbon and support the CFO in the financial management of such a dynamic and
- growing company, specialized in AI-powered software solutions and operations excellence.

• Ensure full compliance with local accounting , tax , and legal obligations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings according to Portuguese GAAP (SNC) and Group-level requirements (IFRS)
• Prepare monthly financial reports for local management and group headquarters (HQ)
• Lead and improve internal control and financial reporting processes
• Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting
• Support management in strategic
  - making through financial analysis and KPIs
• Collaborate closely with the group’s finance team (English-speaking environment)
• Liaise with statutory auditors , external consultants, and regulatory entities

• Certified Accountant in Portugal (OCC membership required)
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar roles, ideally in an international or group context
• Strong knowledge of Portuguese GAAP, tax obligations, and solid understanding of IFRS
• Hands-on experience with ERP System Net
  Suite is highly valued
• Strong track record in Controlling : budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis
• Fluent in English (high communication with group HQ)
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel (experience with Power BI is a plus)
• Strong analytical mindset, critical thinking, and attention to detail
• High sense of responsibility, autonomy, and initiative - proactive in improving processes
