We are looking for a highly organized and
- oriented Certified Senior Accountant with a strong focus on tax compliance and fiscal reporting. This role involves overseeing daily accounts payable activities, ensuring accurate tax documentation and intercompany reconciliations, and supporting treasury and general ledger functions. The ideal candidate will have solid knowledge of fiscal obligations, accounting systems (particularly SAP S/4HANA Cloud), and will contribute to process improvements within the finance department.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily Accounts Payable (AP) to ensure all Easydocs documents are properly recorded in SAP S/4HANA Cloud;

- Oversee monthlyreconciliation of intercompany balances;

- Supervisetreasury operations including payments and bank reconciliations;

- Assist inthe preparation and submission of tax reports and fiscal declarations;

- Conduct regulargeneral ledger maintenance and ensure data integrity;

- Superviseand mentor accounting staff;

- Manage both accounts payable and receivable functions;

- Ensure full compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP);

- Reconcilebalance sheet accounts and investigate discrepancies;

- Support the
- end and
- end financial close processes;

- Manage the general ledger and ensure proper classification of all entries;

- Perform accountreconciliations to ensure accuracy;

- Participate in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related area;

- Certified
Accountant;

- Minimum 3yearsof experience in a senior accounting role with tax responsibilities;

- Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Cloud and document management tools (e. G. , Easydocs);

- Strong understanding of portuguese tax regulations and compliance standards;

- Strong analytical and
- solving skills;

- Excellentorganizational and communication skills;

- Fluency in Portuguese and English.
