Job Description:

The Change Management Technician Trainee is responsible for application
- outs, patches, or release upgrades on operational Cloud environments.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set and deploy applications registered in Generix Service Catalog, following established processes;
• Update and monitor change requests with customers and partners;
• Implement change management according to documented standards;
• Ensure quality control and risk assessment before implementation;
• Conduct
  - implementation reviews with customers and partners;
• Produce activity reports daily for the team manager;

Qualifications

• Level 4/5 in Computer Science, Electronics, or similar;
• Knowledge of Linux or Windows OS;
• Knowledge of protocols: HTTP, FTP, SFTP, etc. ;
• Advanced English skills;
• Fluency in French is a plus;
• Knowledge of Postgre
  SQL and EDI is a plus;
• Eligibility for IEFP Internship required.
