Change Manager – Erp Migration

About the Role
Do you have experience leading change in complex projects? We are looking for a
Change Manager
to lead change management for an ERP migration that will impact the entire company. This project represents a
- reaching strategic transformation, and your role will be key to ensuring effective adoption, minimizing resistance, and guaranteeing operational continuity.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement change management strategies for the ERP migration.
- Conduct impact and risk analyses on processes, systems, and people.
- Coordinate communication with key stakeholders, including end users, managers, and technical teams.
- Develop and implement training plans to facilitate adoption of the new ERP.
- Integrate change management into project planning and execution.
- Monitor change progress and adjust strategies based on metrics and feedback.
- Ensure clear, continuous, and
- tailored communication (in both English and Portuguese).
Ideal Profile
- Between 5 and 10 years of experience in change management, preferably in ERP migration or digital transformation projects.
- Knowledge of Change Management methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, etc. ).
- Excellent communication, influence, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work in multicultural environments and with distributed teams.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
- Experience in designing training programs and managing stakeholders.
