Hard skills

• At least 4 to 5 years of proven working experience as a project manager and/or transition manager in the information technology sector
• Advanced knowledge of Project Management principles, concepts, procedures, practices and tools
• Conceptualization and implementation of a change strategy to drive adoption of new work practices and support cultural transformation.
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to integrate change management into the project plan and drive execution.
• Establish success metrics and routines to monitor change progress and readiness.
• Plan and execute change interventions; manage resistance and engage stakeholders.
• Support internal communications, training initiatives, and promote a
  - centric culture.
• Engage senior leaders and coach teams through change.
• Foster collaboration via internal networks and new ways of working.
